ReadyTo provides operational app launch readiness guidance and self-serve digital materials for mobile app developers preparing for store submission.

The App Launch Readiness Kit is a self-serve digital download. It does not include a manual app audit, consulting engagement, or app-store submission service. ReadyTo does not guarantee App Store or Google Play approval.

You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind your organization when purchasing or using ReadyTo products or services.

You agree not to:

ReadyTo content, report templates, and branding remain our property. You receive a license to use deliverables for your own app launch preparation.

Purchases of the App Launch Readiness Kit are processed through Lemon Squeezy and delivered digitally.

Refund and payment-remedy requests are handled under the ReadyTo Refund Policy, applicable law, and Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms and payment processes.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that your app will be approved by any app store.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyTo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on readiness reports.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
