These Terms of Use govern access to the LaunchGuard website and any beta services offered during Phase 0. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Service description

LaunchGuard provides operational app launch readiness guidance, checklists, and structured reports for mobile app developers preparing for store submission.

Our services are informational and operational in nature. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee App Store or Google Play approval.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind your organization to use paid services when they become available.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Apple, Google, or LaunchGuard
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or prohibited products
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
  • Submit false information intended to circumvent store policies

Intellectual property

LaunchGuard content, report templates, and branding remain our property. You receive a license to use deliverables for your own app launch preparation.

Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that your app will be approved by any app store.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on readiness reports.

Changes

We may update these Terms before paid launch. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
