Refund Policy

This is a Phase 0 placeholder for payment provider review. Final legal text will be reviewed before paid launch.

This Refund Policy applies to paid LaunchGuard services once checkout is enabled. Phase 0 does not process payments.

Refund window

For digital readiness reports and audits, customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the deliverable has not yet been substantially delivered.

Once a customized report or manual audit has been delivered in full, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or at our discretion for service failure.

When refunds are available

Refunds may be approved when:

  • You cancel before work on your audit begins
  • We fail to deliver within the stated beta timeframe and cannot reschedule
  • A duplicate charge or billing error occurred

When refunds are not available

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • The structured report or audit has been delivered
  • Issues arise from inaccurate information you provided about your app
  • App Store or Google Play rejection occurs after using our guidance
  • You seek a refund because store approval was not guaranteed

How to request a refund

Email hello@launchguard.app with your order reference, purchase email, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues directly.
