When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message content.

Evidence Gap Check answers stay in your browser and are not intentionally sent to ReadyTo as part of the diagnostic flow.

We collect basic technical and product analytics data through our hosting provider and, when enabled, PostHog EU Cloud analytics as described below.

When configured, ReadyTo uses PostHog EU Cloud (hosted in the EU) for privacy-first product analytics on the audit-to-checkout funnel.

No analytics event is sent while your analytics choice is pending.

If you accept analytics, ReadyTo may use first-party browser storage and privacy-masked session replay. Session replay is unavailable without acceptance. All inputs are masked in replay, and network URLs captured in replay have query strings and fragments removed.

If you reject optional cookies, ReadyTo uses PostHog cookieless measurement without cookies or browser storage, relying on PostHog’s privacy-preserving server hash behavior for aggregate analytics.

Diagnostic answers, contact-form content, personal identifiers, and payment details are not intentionally sent to PostHog.

You can reopen Analytics preferences from the site footer to review or change your choice at any time.

We use contact information to respond to inquiries, provide support, and improve our services.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact data for unrelated marketing without consent.

Analytics data is used to understand product usage and improve the ReadyTo funnel. It is not used to build individual marketing profiles in PostHog.

Contact records are retained only as long as needed to respond to inquiries, provide support, and meet applicable legal obligations.

ReadyTo is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Analytics may collect page-view metrics separately from PostHog.

Checkout for the App Launch Readiness Kit occurs on Lemon Squeezy, an external merchant-of-record service governed by its own privacy terms.

PostHog EU Cloud processes analytics according to PostHog’s terms when analytics is enabled for the site.
