Data Deletion Request

This is a Phase 0 placeholder for payment provider review. Final legal text will be reviewed before paid launch.
You may request deletion of personal data LaunchGuard holds about you. This page explains how to submit a request during Phase 0 and future paid phases.
What data may be deleted
Depending on your relationship with LaunchGuard, this may include:
- Contact and beta request records
- Account profile information (when accounts launch)
- App questionnaire responses tied to your account
- Support correspondence
What we may retain
We may retain minimal records required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution obligations after deletion of active profile data.
How to submit a request
Email hello@launchguard.app from the address associated with your account or beta request.
Include: your full name, email address, and whether you want full deletion or specific data removed.
We will verify ownership of the email address before processing deletion.
Timeline
We aim to confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
In-app account deletion
LaunchGuard's own app (when published) will provide an in-app account deletion path as required by store policies. This page covers data held by LaunchGuard as a service provider.
